Most people have more than one side.
Why, we can label a side ‘x’ and say that there are n number of x’s! haha
And for many, while their x’s come out without their conscious awareness, for everybody else, they’re a nuisance!
Well, it’s time we got our sh*t together and learnt how to assess what lurks behind our everyday masks… what our ‘x’s are, are the n of them too!
After all, staff acts of unawareness are exactly what brings teams down, disrupts employee engagement, infiltrates toxicity while affecting profitability.
Ours shadows will come out to play – and we’ve got to learn both how to see them in others AND, master them within ourselves. Somewhat making the intangibles tangible, if you will…
This is the road to HR transformation. Quantifying people’s ‘x’s and then assessing, transforming and mentoring them to integration of them. Or even – how well they their existence suits the organisation’s values and culture overall.
For recruitment assessment, retention, performance, mentoring or staff development – the more we can capture the n of these ‘x’s, the better..
I’d love to show you how. Contact me now!
“Katrina is science and magic. She is incurable wise, playful and fun. She brings me joy and rattles my cage in the delicious way. I love the way she addles my mind with new paradigms. “ – Kim
“Katrina clearly has a love for mankind and more so for the well being of all mankind. Her pragmatic, non-nonsense, empathetic approach cultivates results and from areas that come as complete surprise.” Tom, 52 LA
“Katrina, … I did not think someone could get to the heart of things in such an approach, yet I found out that what you do is remarkable… I have NO hesitation in recommending you to people. What you do quite quickly uncovers that which has been hidden, that no longer serves…and in the uncovering you take (it) to the next stage of … just as effectively.” Mark, 35 Sydney
“At all times I felt a genuine warmth and compassion from Katrina, backed by a solid intellect and perceptive presence.” Peter, 38 Robinson, Australia
